Presidents Message
My fellow members:
With no meeting for the Month of November and the end of 2013 looming ahead of us, this is a letter of announcements and reminders.

Alternative to a monthly meeting
--
--Attend one of AL Pohlpeter's clock repair
classes.  Mondays class is at Woodstock Community Center;  if Tuesday visit Al's class at Stafford School in West Linn.  Drop in at either location, at 7:00PM all are welcome.

--On any Saturday,  join the "Godfather's Breakfast" between 5am and 8am at Denny's Washington Square, Hall Blvd. just off Hwy. 217.  Arrive when you wish between 5:00AM and 7:00AM but we are out of there by 8:00AM.  You can usually count on something of interest showing up at the breakfast table and not always time related.  There might be stories of the latest "find" at a local auction or antique shop.  It's not unusual to see a current repair challenge of unique solution to a problem time related or not.

--Christmas / Holiday Dinner and Mart as well as drawing including several New Books at the Monarch--  December 15th.  You know you are going so why wait? Sign up now!  Print the sign up form at the link below and send to Kris along with your check.  If you have missed some meetings or been away from the Chapter for a while, come to this event and renew old friendships or if new to the chapter be sure to join us and get acquainted with your fellow time enthusiasts.  Thanksgiving

--Dues Reminder:  Thanks to those who paid their dues at a past chapter meeting, Betty is waiting to hear from everyone else before resorting to snail mail reminders.  Just go to "Forms" on the menu bar print the form, add your check and mail.

Hope to see you all December 15th!!  and  Happy Thanksgiving!!

Respectfully Submitted, George Matto

Coming Meetings

November -- No Meeting...

November is "Do Your Own Thing" month, that is the theme for this month since the Beaverton Library is not available to the chapter.  There are a couple of suggestions in the Presidents message above.

December 15
Christmas / Holiday Dinner and Mart at the Monarch.
Click here and sign up for a fun afternoon of fellowship and "breaking bread" together in the Season of Good Spirit and possibly good spirits within.
